A former children’s nursery in Alfreton is set to be turned into a house of multiple occupancy (HMO) after a planning application was approved.
The application for The Grange, in Marshall Street, was approved by Amber Valley Borough Council in July.
According to the decision notice, the HMO will be a 10 bedroom house.
